Dental care, While having a certain distrust of the dentist is not necessarily rare, some people have a real fear behind the processes needed dental care. Consequently, they avoid going to regular dental examinations, which can lead to serious oral health in the future.

According to the Cosmetic Dentistry Guide, a new study published in the British Dental Journal to remedy this problem may have found a solution to the problem of dental phobia. A total of 60 patients, with serious fears of the dentist so palpable they needed sedation before check-up, were recruited to test the effectiveness of cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) in health-related shortness of these people orally hesitation.
